Blackrock Base Muster
Located to the northern side of Blackrock Base, the Muster is a staging facility for the patrols and ground forces of the Decepticons in the California/Nevada zone.
It features multiple service bays and spare equipment racks, as well as cargo handling facilities. It also features small living quarters for troops to occupy before their next patrol. It's usually filled with Decepticon Scouts and Defenders.
