An ex-Decepticon convict, handed over to Autobot authorities after his capture in Detroit in 2017. He's been in their custody in the Mission City Penitentiary for quite some time, with legal red tape preventing his extradition. However, he's been on good behavior and never makes trouble for the guards, so the Autobots aren't too worried about him.
