Blackwater
This up-and-coming port city is the state capital of West Elizabeth. New businesses, citizens, and visitors have flocked to the growing town in recent years as valuable lumber and mining concerns have sprung up in the surrounding plains.

Geography
This city can be found on the edge of the Great Plains, where beautiful rolling hills of grass can be seen running along towards the city. Just beyond the city you can take in Flat Iron Lake.
Natural Resources
Wood and various plants can be found among the Great Plains and fishing can be done on the port of Flat Iron Lake. But the most fruitful Resource that is taken in is the meat from the Elk and Bison roaming the lands.
