Broken and battered, this loyal machine was cast aside, left to rust amidst the shadows of the city's underbelly. Yet, fate had other plans in store.
Cast adrift in the labyrinthine sewers, Shelter embarked on a journey of self-repair, piecing together its shattered form over the course of a year. Amidst the darkness and decay, it stumbled upon a trio of unsuspecting baby lizards, innocently drawn to a mysterious substance known only as "The Goo."
In a twist of fate as serendipitous as it was unexpected, the touch of this enigmatic substance sparked a transformation beyond imagination. The once-ordinary lizards were transmuted into humanoid forms, each bearing the unmistakable traces of their reptilian heritage.
Thus, amidst the dank tunnels and forgotten corners of the city's depths, a new alliance was forged. Shelter, now a guardian in both body and spirit, took these unlikely companions under its wing.
