Rhojun, the Chaotic
Rhojun, the Chaotic is a celestial with the appearance of a rat containing mechanical augmentations and crafty intelligence. He doesn't accept anyone among his ranks as he seeks true chaos by keeping the followers scrambling for validation. Every few hundred years, Rhojun chooses a new chaos arcana caster and grants them abilities connected to the Chaosnomicon. He will occasionally possess his "champion" and use them to sow more chaos.
