Manpower
A skirmish consists of 1 lieutenant who is in charge of 8 squads equaling up to 65 soldiers in total.
Equipment
They are equipped with the standard equipment: Aetherium steel armor, personal medical pouches, ammo belts for their rifles and the lieutenant carries his emergency beacon for major reinforcements.
Weaponry
Standard weaponry: Aetherium Rifles, grenades, swords and daggers. Lieutenants however also carry an additional wrist gun for emergencies which fires a bolt of plasma; can only contain four charges before it needs to be reloaded.
Structure
The Lieutenant is in charge of the 8 squads, the sergeants are in charge of their own squad receiving orders from their lieutenantand giving them to their privates.
Tactics
This size of an army is used mainly for smaller assaults such as infiltrating a supply ship, taking over a city or for what the name suggests, skirmishes against the enemy.
