Homeworld Exclusion Front

“They keep crawling out of the cracks every century or so. We’ve crushed their cells on Ganymede, Venus, even down in Atlantis Bay. Sooner or later, we’ll get their leaders cornered. And when we do, we’re not leaving a door open this time.”

Field Commander Asher Mondeval, Grand Army of the Homeworld (GAH)

A Persistent Plague Across the Centuries

The Homeworld Exclusion Front (HEF) is one of the oldest continuous extremist ideologies in human history, with roots reaching all the way back to the collapse of the First Terran Empire. While the names of radical movements often change with the times, the HEF returns again and again under the same banner, as though the ideology itself cannot be erased from the human condition. It began as a supremacist doctrine centered on Earth’s sovereignty over all human colonies, pushing the idea that humans belonged only on Earth—and that any life beyond it was decadent, disloyal, or even heretical. Their historical focus was on punishing offworld colonists and mutants who “betrayed their biology,” rarely forming more than scattered cells or lone-wolf saboteurs.

The Reticulan Incident and a New Xenophobia

The HEF took a deadly and universal turn in the Year 348, when the Reticulan refugee population was granted asylum by the Pan-Solar Consortium. They constructed the New Reticuli Refugee Station in Sol orbit—a move that enraged xenophobic factions, especially HEF. The group's ideology evolved overnight: now, no species should ever leave its homeworld, full stop. Expansion was betrayal. Within months, HEF orchestrated a devastating attack on the Reticulan Embassy on Luna, slaughtering most of its diplomatic personnel. The group then launched a fighter swarm to destroy the refugee station itself—an attack only narrowly prevented by the rapid deployment of the PSC Navy. This moment marked the HEF’s evolution from fringe relic to interstellar Terrorist threat.

Every World a Battlefield

Since the Luna-Station attacks, the HEF has remained a thorn in the side of planetary security forces, often vanishing only to reappear decades later with renewed strength and new recruits. Their cells operate across the Solar System, attacking not only aliens but also human enclaves they believe have “abandoned the Homeworld.” Kheezer tourists, Alraune scientists, and even Terran-born humans advocating for interstellar cooperation have found themselves targeted by HEF kidnappings and hit squads. House Helicon maintains a dedicated intel desk solely for tracking HEF communications, and the Grand Army of the Homeworld treats each new appearance of the group as a Category Orange insurgency. Yet despite repeated decapitation strikes and counter-intelligence efforts, the Front persists—an undead ideology that feeds on nostalgia, supremacy, and a profound terror of the stars.
