Overview
A Doll is the most alluring—and most catastrophically dangerous—type of Familiar available to a Kthoniker. While Hellhounds maul, Visages stalk, and Rat-Things whisper secrets, a Doll ruins.
Born from a Lillin—a Tertia that feeds on Lust, fantasy, and shame—bound into a fungal-grown mannequin, a Doll is at once:
Honeypot
Spy
Living temptation
Shapely weapon
Psychic parasite
Slow-acting serial killer
A Doll is not just seductive in appearance. It is seduction incarnate.
It is the weaponization of the Master’s mind against themselves.
Creation
The crafting of a Doll is always intimate, invasive, and uncomfortably personal.
The process includes:
1. The Frame (The Scaffolding of the Sin)
A rigid frame must be prepared before fungal growth begins. Traditionally:
Wood is carved to form a pelvis, ribcage, skull, and limb supports.
The bones are hollowed or latticed to accept substrate.
Articulation points are hand-jointed.
It is simultaneously anatomical and uncanny.
2. The Substrate
The torsal bones and cranial space are packed with:
Sawdust
Loam
Bone meal
Fungal mulch
Pulverized mold cores
This becomes the “soil” from which the Doll’s flesh emerges.
3. The Fungal Paste
A slurry—thick, sour-smelling—of:

4. Binding the Lillin

5. The Master’s Fantasies
This is the most crucial and most damning step.
The Master must:
Fantasize about the Doll.
Imagine depraved acts, shameful desires, humiliations, and private perversions.
Feed the Lillin with images and psychic cues.
Sustain the fantasy throughout the growth period.
The Lillin uses these fantasies as a blueprint for the Doll’s body.
Thus every Doll is built from the Master’s buried desires.
