Azunean Elephant
The Azunean Elephant is an omnivorous elephant from the continent of Azuno. These elephants can be found on the plains and in the jungles of Azuno and are known for their territorial and agressive behavior. When threatened, an individual Azunean Elephant will defend itself fiercely. Azunean Elephants feed on anything from plant life, to small birds and as a pack, are known to hunt larger mammals.
Herd Animals. The Azunean Elephant live in small herds of 6 to 20 individuals. However, only a the strongest members of the herd are responsible for hunting and defending the others. Each herd is led by a matriarch that is usually the largest individual of the group. Other females of the herd may contest for the leadership by fighting the matriarch at times. However, if they lose and survive this fight, these females typically separate from the herd and attempt to find or create a new herd of their own.
Massive Hunters. In contrast to their herbivorous counterparts, the Azunean Elephant is not at all a gentle species and has evolved into a dangerous predator. They will graze and feast on plants, but for the rest of their diet, these massive mammals use their legs, trunks, impressive tusks and sharp teeth to hunt and kill prey. Large prey is shared amongst the herd, the matriarch takes the first and largest share after which the rest will feed on what is left.
Avoiding Conflict. When encountering Azunean Elephants it is best not to bother them and back away slowly. Do not make noise and do not look at the young animals of the herd, as the adults may interpret this as a threat. Azunean Elephants will become enraged if you hurt their young, but if the adults are weakened they would sooner flee than fight to the death.

Trampling Charge. If the elephant moves at least 20ft. straight toward a creature and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 16). On a failed save they are knocked Prone. If the target is prone, the elephant can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action.
Actions
Multiattack. The Azunean Elephant makes two attacks, it makes two Gore attacks, or any combination of Stomp, Grapple or Bite attacks.
Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8+6) Piercing damage.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft. one prone creature. Hit: 22 (3d10+6) Bludgeoning damage.
Grapple. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft. one target. Hit: 15 (2d8+6) Bludgeoning damage. The target is Grappled by the elephants trunk (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is Restrained and the Elephant can’t grapple another target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft. one restrained creature. Hit: 27 (6d6+6) Piercing damage.
