Liveal was the son of the previous pastor, Wearth Powell, and was raised to take over the church, as his family had for three generations prior. He took over from his father at the young age of 17 in the year 3010 after his father tragically died while blessing a new barn in a inferno caused by a loose cow and an old lantern. He quickly gained the favor of the Blessed Few, and became their shepherd. He lead the council as the town grew in power, wealth, and populace. His everyday jobs include running the soup kitchen, leading prayers for the vagrants, overseeing the protection of the fountain and the vault, and leading Raven's Sanctum.
