While Emperor Malcon did not expand Biodoma's borders as much as his father, he did improve the internal government and infrastructure of the empire significantly. Malcon would hold many different feast and parties in honor of his father's great feats, including hosting the first annual Festival of Valor, a festival to celebrate Biodoman culture and history.
Most important to the history of Biodoma, Emperor Malcon would establish the Gollarium Wall Defense. This was a serious of strategic walls and encampments along chokepoints within the Biodoman Empire. This was to defend against Orc Barbian Raiders to the East, Chucklandian Tribesman to the West and Beastfolk to the South. The serious of walls was named after Barnabas Gollarium who came up with the defense system. This construction effort was tasked by the Legions as most legionnaires were the most educated people within Biodoma at the time due to the training that was given to them. This started the tradition that every legionnairy will be a basic engineer in some way or fashion. It was reported that over 200 walls was built during Emperor Malcon's reign to defend against invaders.
While the Gollarium Wall Defense was being built by the legions, Emperor Malcon also degreed that every Legion will build a road system within the home province that they are assigned to. This caused the Empire of Biodoma to flurish, many of the roads that were built during Emperor Malcon's reign are still being used today.
Despite not being a great conquerer, Malcon had a lot more political influence amongst other world leaders due to the improvements he made to his country. Malcon would stregthen ties with Athiea to the distaste to the Dwarves of the Diamond Mountains and Emperor Malcon would also establish trade relations with Kung Chow.

Emperor Malcon didn't care much about expanding his empires borders, instead he wanted to stregthen what his father gave him and focus on internal matters. This was mostly because of his mother who told him that it's easy to destroy and conquer, but it is hard to create and build new things.
