Dwyngrymes
The Dwyngrymes are one of the most powerful families to rule on the council in Avak. Their most recent family head, Dillin Dwyngryme, was the first to propose cloning as a viable method of retaining power. They also hold the one "odd seat" on the Avak council more frequently than any other family, making their will incredibly pervasive.
Pride runs very deep in the Dwyngryme name. They stubbornly assert that they are Tear-made Elves; and though they were originally an elven family, generations of genetic mingling have rendered them almost entirely Human. Despite this, Dwyngrymes take great offense from anyone claiming they are anything but elven.
