The Black Viper is one of the top most wanted criminals in New Reet City, a master thief who has reportedly stolen items on the order of many tens of thousands of platinum in value.

Identifying Characteristics
Mysterious cloaked woman, reportedly with dark skin and dark hair but often only glimpsed in shadow or some other form of obscurity. Tends to wear a black hooded cloak and a black mask.
Recent Information
- Most recently, she has been accused of allegedly stealing a Whitmantle family heirloom called the The Silver Sun, from the Whitmantle estate in the Marble Steps district. The Silver Sun is a silver, sun-shaped necklace set with with a large red garnet.
- The Black Viper was reportedly last seen riding a giant copper-black stag beetle along Marshward Street before disappearing down Cobblebrook Ave.
