Beauverre

Beauverre is a dimly lit, quiet valley where the sun never seems to shine past a persistent gray, overcast sky. It's ruled over by the enigmatic immortal vampire, Count Strahd von Zarovich, however individual towns appear to have their own governing structure to some extent. Beyond the lack of direct sunlight, the valley appears to almost always be covered in varying densities of mist. As one approaches the edges of the valley, the fog grows so thick it becomes nearly impossible to see beyond it.

Geography

The land of Beauverre is a misty, quiet valley, filled in with dense, damp forests and sparse fields. To the North and South of the sleepy valley are two mist-covered and snow-peaked mountains. Mount Baratok to the North and Mount Ghakis to the South, these mountains make up part of the Balinok mountain range.

Localized Phenomena

The land is almost always covered in a ghostly, flowing mist. The valley itself is surrounded by a mist so thick it appears as though the world beyond has vanished.
