Azumura

A settlement on the Oniyuri Province with a population of 1200, primarily human, some other civilized races. The town sits upon a hill overlooking the bank of a river. It is governed and protected by Konosuke Takei, an Archmage who resides in a tower in the center of town. The townsfolk don't trust him since he is rarely seen and because of this have little love for magic users of any kind.   Name from Azuma (East) and Mura (town,village)   Minor ley line and/or Great Tree root runs under town, probably under wizard tower. Could have a tree growing in the middle of the tower.
