Malo Flu
Primarily spread in the The Malo Isles, it is spread mostly through the Human and Lizardfolk populations. Elves are apparently immune to the disease.
When rolling DC saves, you can roll once per day during exposure. Every day you are infected, the DC goes up by 2.
If still DC goes over 20, it develops into Malo Pox

Airborne. DC8 saving throw when withint 10ft of infected. DC10 if within 5ft
Symptoms
Physical: runny nose, mild headache, cough
Effects: -1 to all rolls
Treatment
Can only be treated by a DC15 Medicine checks, Lizardfolk get advantage on this role.
Upon completing a long rest after a day of not light activity, the DC is reduced by 4
