Perfection

Perfection appears as a sickly, mechanical heart with a slight blue sheen. The place where veins and arteries would connect are replaced with connective wires.

It's warm to the touch, and it also pulses with light the same way a heart would pulse to circulate blood.

Perfection is only found in Aria, and only works in this location. It is created by The Empty Alchemical Soul.

Perfection will shatter after around a hundred years, although this is happening minutes faster every generation. It can, however, shatter much earlier. The earliest known shatter of perfection was at the age of 16. The shattering tends to break the illusion of a 'perfect life'. This can lead to insanity and the upheaval of the person's reliance on the government, leading to revolutions or anarchy.

The god of perfection manipulated the goddess of existence's ability to turn anything into a living creature. He forced her to create a stable perfection, of which took the form of this mechanical heart. Creatures created without perfection were cast down, for they contained flaws. Yet, things without even slight flaws cannot last forever, and the shattering comes earlier every generation.

Perfection can lead to insanity, and it can whittle down the soul of those who create it due to the magic it requires.

Perfection, given a bit of further refinement, can become a god's soul, although this method is much more dangerous than simply letting a god's soul be created naturally, it is a way to achieve godhood.
