Enanzillu, Hierophant of Agade

Enanzillu was the Hierophant of Agade when Naram-Sin was God and King, and accompanied him to Nippur, where he participated in the total defilement of that holy city and the Ekur, the House of Enlil. Enanzillu was atop the ziggurat when Naram-Sin raped Ninamargi, and saw both of them overcome by the lustful spirits of Apsu and Loruhamah.
Witnessing such heinous evil twisted Enanzillu into its current state, a bodak compelled to bring about the freeing of Apsu from his tomb beneath the Mound of Creation. Enanzillu’s first act was the transformation of its under priests into creatures like itself, filling the ziggurat of Agade with loathsome bodak spellweavers dedicated to foul Apsu. The ziggurat at Agade is filled with the creatures, but aside from Enanzillu and his under priests are also the many treasure seekers and adventurers who sought the secrets of Agade since the fall of Nippur.
Enanzillu performs all the nocturnal rituals at Agade, hoping to strengthen and rouse dark Apsu to leave his tomb. It constantly seeks more knowledge to achieve this end.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Enanzillu is a bodak, a rather loathsome undead created for witnessing the rape of Ninamargi by Naram-Sin while they were possessed by Loruhama filled with the power of her Last Egg and the primal creator Apsu, an act he orchestrated.
Body Features
Enanzillu is the gaunt remains of a wealthy priest, near skeletal and pulsing with the nightmarish energies of what it has witnessed
Facial Features
Enanzillu's skull like features have mouth enough to be slack when not spellcasting, and it has no nose. It's eyesockets leak a foul smoke that surrounds it like incense, bouquet de malades given scent
Physical quirks
Enanzillu tends to gibber nightmarish blasphemies in Emegir when not spellcasting or performing rituals.
Special abilities
Brazen Sign(Su) Enanzillu may fashion a brazen sign. This works exactly like the iron sign(see below), except that the called creature cannot use its spell resistance to attempt to break out of the calling diagram or to resist being caught in the demon trap. Crafting a brazen sign requires five days and the expenditure of materials worth 2,000 gp.
Death Gaze (Su) Creatures within 30’ that are subjected to this Gaze Attack die (DC 22, Fort Neg) and rise in 24 hours as bodaks.
Flashbacks At the start of each encounter, there is a 5% chance that Enanzillu will notice something about one opponent that reminds it of its prior life and take no actions for 1 round, then receive a –2 penalty on attack vs. that opponent for the duration of the encounter.
Inimical Casting (Ex) Enanzillu knows how to employ spells that deflect the attacks of outsiders, regardless of alignment. When it casts one of the spells listed below or uses a spell-like ability of the same name, it may choose one of the listed effects instead.
Magic circle against good can be cast as magic circle against evil, magic circle against chaos, or magic circle against law.
Dispel good may be cast as dispel chaos, dispel evil, or dispel law.
Blasphemy may be cast as dictum, holy word, or word of chaos.
Unholy aura may be cast as holy aura, cloak of chaos, or shield of law.
Infernal Certitude (Ex) Due to its long study of demons, devils, and such creatures, Enanzillu receives a +4 bonus on spell penetration checks against any outsider.
Iron Sign(Su) Enanzillu knows how to fashion a special token known as an iron sign. Creating the token requires three days and 1,000 gp in magical materials. The iron sign is the size of a large amulet. Enanzillu can use it in one of two ways.
Calling Diagram: The iron sign functions as a calling diagram that combines a magic circle with dimensional anchor. Enanzillu need only set the token on a suitable surface, and no Spellcraft check is necessary to scribe the diagram. A creature held by the iron sign must remain within 5 feet of it and otherwise behaves as if it were completely enclosed in a suitably sized calling diagram.
The iron sign can hold a called creature for up to fourteen days if Enanzillu crafted it. Unlike a normal calling diagram, the iron sign cannot be disturbed unless something physically removes the token from the spot where it was placed(naturally, the called creature cannot disturb the token either directly or indirectly).
Demon Trap: As a full-round action, Enanzillu can set the token on a suitable surface and try to compel a free outsider within 30 feet of the token into its effective calling diagram (Will save negates, DC 21). The subject is entitled to spell resistance. If the creature fails its saving throw, it is transported to a square of its choice within 5 feet of the iron sign, and trapped just as if Enanzillu had conjured it into a calling diagram. When a trapped creature leaves the iron sign (because it was freed by Enanzillu, escaped on its own, or the duration of the calling diagram lapsed), the token crumbles into powder and is destroyed.
Master Summoner (Ex) Enanzillu receives a +4 bonus on opposed Charisma checks to trap or compel creatures called through any planar binding spell.
Silver Sign(Su) Enanzillu knows how to fashion a silver sign. This works just like the brazen sign(see above), except that the DC of the Charisma check for the called creature to escape increases by +5, and none of its attacks or abilities can exit the area within 5 feet of the token. Crafting a silver sign requires seven days and the expenditure of 5,000 gp in materials.
Spells (Su) Enanzillu has two sets of spellcasting abilities, both of which it casts at 14th level power. It has access to the Summoner domain from it's edubba training, which it may spontaneously cast from either of it's spellcasting classes. It is considered 16th level when casting conjuration(summoning) or conjuration(calling) spells. Primarily, it is a sorcerer with the following abilities:
Cantrips (DC 15)(6): acid splash, arcane mark, detect magic, mage hand, mending, open/close, prestidigitation, read magic
First Level (DC 16)(8): feather fall, floating disk, obscuring mist, shield, unseen servant
Second Level (DC 17)(7): fog cloud, summon swarm, web
Third Level (DC 18)(6): magic circle against good, sleet storm
Fourth Level (DC 19)(4): Evard’s black tentacles
In addition to its sorcerer prowess are its spellcasting abilities as a Nar Demonbinder:
Fourth Level (DC 19)(5): dimensional anchor, dismissal, lesser planar binding, summon monster IV
Fifth Level (DC 20)(5): dispel good, flame strike, plane shift
Sixth Level (DC 21)(3): banishment, planar binding, summon monster VI

Spell-like Abilities (Su) Enanzillu may use the following spell-like powers at the 14th level of ability:
At will: charm person
Three times a day: darkness, poison, unholy aura
Once a day: blasphemy, contagion, desecrate, dominate person, eyebite, faerie fire, sleep, unhallow, unholy blight
Sunlight Vulnerability Natural sunlight does 1hp per round, though Enanzillu suffers no such effect from magical or artificial light.
Apparel & Accessories
Enanzillu wears the traditional cloak and kilt of an Annunaki, albeit in rather shoddy condition despite the magical nature of these garments. It's cloak is made of feathers coated with cobwebs that hang off it like a lace fringe, and it's kilt is cracked and beaten leather laden with the dust of ages.

Personal history
Enanzillu was born and raised in Sargon's Agade, and was elevated to Heirophant under the reign of Sargon's twins. It was something of a sycophant and schemer so embraced Naram-Sin's plot willingly. Witnessing the dual possession and subsequent rape at the climax of the defilement of Nippur destroyed it completely, leaving Apsu's desires and a fragment of Apsu's power bound to the witnessing of the rape and the suffering it causes.

Mental Trauma
It witnessed Apsu raping Loruhama with all the implications of that act laid at it's doing as it created the situation. This singular sin has eaten Enanzillu's identity and supplanted it.
Intellectual Characteristics
Enanzillu is scarily cunning, able to accomplish it's goals through very bizarre tactics that rely on misdirection and subterfuge as much as outside the box thinking.
Morality & Philosophy
Enanzillu is the puppet of Apsu's whim. It's only goal is to rouse the sleeping primal creator and free it so Apsu may destroy all that is, including itself.

Organization: unique, sometimes accompanied by chorus of followers. Enanzillu has 60 first level followers, 20 of whom (at most) are living, the others being skeletons. Most default to bards or spellwrights, but all are male. It has 6 second level followers, Zagessi the Master Architect, an artificer and Kibarru the Lord Assayer, an archivist, while the other four are gravetouched ghouls: the hexblade Kliy-tuz the Huntsman, the spellthief Umma the Speaker, the sorcerer Zarku, and the warmage Sojar-rann. It has three third level followers, one of whom is Marattu the Chief Clerk of Agade, a bard, but two are shadows of spellthieves. It's two fourth level followers are the crusader Manitukku, a vampire spawn of Edimmu’s, and the wight Ramashtu, itself a former swordsage, it's fifth level follower is the wraith of the sorcerer Ekimmu, and it's sixth level follower is the vampire Edimmu. It has a cohort as well, the devourer Nabu Khad'nasr.

Treasure: Enanzillu is equipped with an Amulet of Proof against Detection and Location, +3 bracers of armor, a Cloak of Arachnida, and a Force Shield Ring. Its preferred weapon is a keen sickle, though it also wields a masterwork heavy crossbow. It always carries one brazen sign, one iron sign, and one silver sign, plus around 500 gp in coins and jewels.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Advancement: Enanzillu doesn't receive any sort of experience point bonus though it still receives experience for its actions. It’s demonbinder abilities should be oriented toward obyrinth rather than tanar’ri to reflect the ancient evil that is Apsu it’s patron, and should it master Nar demonbinder (at 7th level), additional levels in the Thaumaturgist prestige class will complete its career path to 20th level. It should not be elevated above 20th level in any event.
