"At your service my queen!" -Chell adressing AiriChell is a mass-cloned supersoldier of the Azurian Hegemony who joined fireteam Starseal during the First Pangalactic War. Due to being a special type of clone that is mostly used as concubine, she was not given the mandatory indoctrination that Azura usually receive in order to keep clones like her adorable, kind and charming. However, thanks to her skills as a Night Sentinel, she was recruited by the Covenant to fight against the Cronos in TERRA AFTER EARTH: AT FUTURES MERCY.

Personal history
Chell was cloned as a Night Sentinel, highly trained elite soldiers that were used as guards for high ranking members of the Azurian Hegemony, including their Matriarchs. However, only the Alpha batch is meant to enter active duty, while the Omega batch that Chell was cloned from was a special batch that had certain alterations to their counterparts: Omegas weren´t indoctrinated to preserve their pure and happy nature so they would be seen as adorable by other Azura. Omega clones were a special bonus that high ranking Azura generals would receive for special achievements or after a having served a certain amount of time. Usually, the Omega would then be added to the generals harem where they would remain as thier wife for the rest of their life.
And so did it happen in Chells case, she was raised as a warrior and then given as a concubine to Colonel Sennira, an Azurian general known for her cruel ways of breaking riots on other planets. As Sennira had received several Omegas before, Chell hoped to see her sisters, but was greeted with a shocking revelation: Sennira turned out to be obsessed with power, having tested the other Omegas "endurance" by torturing and killing them. The Colonel stated that each clone simply accepted his fate and she would expect the same from Chell, however Sennira was surprised as Chell attempted to defend herself with a knife. Impressed by her courage, Sennira finally agreed to marry Chell, but the latter refused, stating that she never wanted to see such a cruel monster like her ever again. Since the Colonel promised to not hurt her again, Chell was transferred back to the imperial palace where she served alongside the Alpha clones to protect the Matriarchs.
Since she didn´t seem to fit in, Matriarch Hekata Nocturna instead found a way to take advantage of her friendly nature by installing her as the Azurian ambassador in their embassy on the Covenant world Dunia, hoping to establish a diplomatic connection to the Covenant.
Chell persued that profession for a few years but since the diplomatic tensions between the Hegemony and the Covenant were rather high given that both were in a cold war with eachother, Chell found herself unable to do anything of use for her people.
Until the Gaja-Crisis in 3411 that is. Seeing how an entire galaxy voted over one species, Chell felt the need to give her voice, as even ambassadors were granted a vote in that election. When the galaxy voted about wether to relocate humanity or help them fight the Star Spawn, Chell was the only one who vetoed against their relocation, and since the decision had to be unanimously, humanity was given more time which by extent probably saved the galaxy.
2 years later, after both the Gaja-Crisis and Operation Berlin Run, Chell was awarded by both the Covenant and the Hegemony for her civil courage. Since the Cronos werre advancing at the time and a large war was imminent, Chell was recommended as a soldier for the newly founded OUC/ASOI Joint Forces, and later on accepted as a new member of fireteam Starseal where she would serve alongside Richard Roe, Lyra Sanchez and Airi in the events of TERRA AFTER EARTH: AT FUTURES MERCY.
Sexuality
Lesbian
Intellectual Characteristics
Chell is mostly known for her pure and light hearted nature, as intended by her creators. She also seems to have a sexual interest in Airi tough this seems to be mostly because this is expected from Azurian concubines to Azurian persons of authority. When Airi confronts her with the fact that her entire personality was artificially attuned to be one of many wifes within a harem and that none of her feelings were her own choice, Chell stated that she has no problem with that as long as this wouldn´t dictate her morale regarding the value of life.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Chells motivation is to serve the Azurian Hegemony by representing their interests, however as she starts to doubt the Hegemonies ways, she instead chose to act as a bridge between the Hegemony and the Covenant, hoping that the two factions would eventually end their cold war period.
