Willbreaker Maul
The Willbreaker Maul is a powerful magical item, the third of the Archaic Instruments to be forged. It can break and weld the hardest substances, thanks to its powerful enchantment. It got its name from an ancient war long ago, where soldiers would refer to the legendary hammer as the “Willbreaker”. It’s made of a white-gold mercurial metal, the only Archaic Instrument not to be forged from Dark Steel (petrified god flesh)
Mechanics & Inner Workings
The Willbreaker Maul’s enchantment allows it to forge and compress even magical substances, without the use of fire. It can even enchant substances when forged into magical items.
Manufacturing process
The process taken to manufacture the Willbreaker Maul is as follows:
1) The Far Silver and Far Gold were taken to the Thousand Smiths’ Forge.
2) The materials were forged into a hammer upon the surface of the Prime Anvil.
3) Enchanted gems were inlaid into the hammer to grant it its abilities.
4) The primordial’s Grimoire was read aloud and the Willbreaker Maul was forged.
