Hjaldür Frostbeard was trained as a cabin boy on his family’s ship. After being captured and almost executed, Frostbeard fled to the Maighlbar Isles outside A’h Enfrys.

History
Hjaldür and his nephew were saved from execution by Keelin Stormwinde, he was bound to a life debt and saved her during the Battle of Godfire. Hjaldür and Keelin’s battalions served together for a few weeks, Hjaldür and Keelin became closer and decided to go on a scouting mission together. They were close ever since.

Hjaldür calls Keelin by her title, Stormwinde, but she refers to him simply as Hjaldür given he has no title. Only in very dire circumstances would he refer to her by first name.
