Legend says there was once another delegate... Llyarel, Lady of the skies. Then, one day, she was gone. No one knows where she went. The other delegates who had always teased her for being eccentric, airy, mellow dramatic and antisocial, thought that their constant mockery of Llyarel had driven her to seclusion. She hasn't been seen since. She goes by a different name now: Wisteri "the mysterious one"
