Erasin

The Rasini Folk Hero

  Erasin is a strange man, he appeared seemingly out of nowhere from Saril and made his name solving The Palasin Conspiracy, and then proceeded to disappear again into local myth, he appeared several more times in small towns and villages to help solve problems and then wandered further. However eventually his name became forgotten again and he became nothing more than a faint memory to those he once helped. This changed during the War of the Tyrant, when the armies of Artemis the Unifier marched to depose the illegitimate ruler Cassius. Erasin suddenly appeared in Rasinoplita and tried to rally the people to depose Cassius before the city became a bloody battlefield. He made a plea to the people warning them that if the monarchy was reestablished the cycle of bloody civil wars would only continue. However he didn't succeed and after Artemis marched in, Rasina proclaimed him the king of Rasina, And Erasin disappeared once again.  

The Kassathian Advisor

  The year was 1822, and Artemis the Unifier had just assassinated. In the north, the bounty hunter turned General Alonov "Nomad" Jaalisarkan, Was campaigning in the Bezjan infested lands of Kassathia, it was here that Erasin would make his return. Nomad was sitting in his tent discussing strategy when news reached him of a strange visitor who had come to join his army. This visitor turned out to be Erasin with a band of Rasini with him. Nomad questioned Erasins fighting capability, due to his skinny appearance. And Erasin explained that he wasn't a soldier, but a Wandering Nomad and then winked. Nomad had a big laugh and his advisors wanted to die. He worked with Nomad to rid the area of Bezjan Demons and helped establish ties to the local Ouakali tribes. Nearing the conclusion of the Crusade, Erasin had a conversation with Nomad, The two discussed the future of the region, the two agreed that they wished to form a true Democracy, without the Backward ways of the Rasini monarchy, and the vulnerability of Artesja's system. After the last Bezjan holdout was destroyed, Erasin said his goodbyes to Kassathia and proceeded to wander once again.  

The Sackarti Gamer

  The dawn of a new year, 1850 Taraburg a mafia run city where the ancient Sackarti families decide the rule of law. Erasin makes his entrance into Artesja with the roll a die, a weighted die. Which Erasin used to run a local casino out of business. The local Mafioso, Ærdolan the gruff, understandably doesn't take a liking to the Sarilians smug face, and even smugger dice. He therefore seeks to capture Erasin and take back his money. Erasin quickly notices that a couple of people around him are standing with guns pointed at his head, and makes a quick getaway after throwing authentic Tarian sand at their eyes. He then tracks down begrudged Ærdolan and sends a letter.  

Dearest Ærdolan.   I understand you are very annoyed with my excellent gambling skills which are second to none, Therefore i suggest we settle this in a fair and honorable duel to the death. if i win i get to keep my rightful earnings and you have to fund the construction of a statue in honor of my great gaming skills. Oh and you have to live with the fact you lost to a homeless man. And if you win i die, and you get everything i have, well except my charming charisma of course.   Love Erasin.

  Ærdolin agreed but he didn't intend to duel Erasin one on one, no he brought a squad of goons with him. He arrived at their designated dueling space only to discover that Erasin wasn't there. So they went home only to discover that their headquarters had been burned to ash while they were away, since a rival gang had noticed the smaller number of security there and the fact that a homeless man had robbed them. Ærdolan was financially ruined, and lived the rest of his life at a bar drinking himself to happiness the way Geminesus intended.  

The Artesjan Home invader

After wandering down, he eventually arrived at the city of Szaganad. And as you do in Szaganad, he eventually heard about the local celebrity Tahomas Brakhnar Yugashvili. And as you also do in Szaganad, Erasin walked into a training area and was almost blown to smithereens by a very enthusiastic engineer, by the name Nonna Brakhnar Yugashvili. And as happens in Szaganad, Tahomas came over and apologized to Erasin who was quite fuming. Erasin responds by shouting insults at Nonna which Tahomas doesn't find funny at all so they tussled awhile until Nonna broke up the fight.
