Ulged Smeltfall (ool-ged smelt-fahl)
Ulged is a dwarf of Mezokoun heritage. He is a stout dwarf with skin like pale quartz. His dark brass hair is twisted into two thick braids in the back. His thick beard also has braids interwoven into them.
6th of Honor - Chaos on the El Cuero
Ulged boards the El Cuero for the evening with his aide, Sarina Gedney, his wife, and entourage of City Guard. He takes meetings in the private suite on the third deck. Prior to the final fight, the City Guard usher him down to the first deck which has been prepared for him. While watching the fight between Kel Ox-eye and Neizan Urrea, Lorvenir Quelisan provides a psychic warning of the imminent attack. He escapes with his life with the help of The Wild Five, the Urrea brothers and a magical protective force around him. The unit of City Guards taken Smeltfall back to his private suite where a meeting with the Council of Omens is convened to assess the events. This meeting is interrupted when Marshall Vantham Dawnsmasher Inuligo and the Wild Five arrive.
