Circle of Fyfths

The highest administrative body of the City of Tulara, these five "governors" handle the business of the city and school with stern discipline and staid dependability. One always knows which foot they will put forward before even asking, which is ultimately just the way they like it.

Structure

The primarch is Orran Velthar, followed by the Secundus, Jeshra Veylan. Talek Razuun is the Treasurer, and Senya Douriel is the disciplinarian. The Master of Secrets, Kheled Ibraan, tries very hard to stay out of politics, and is loyal only to Sheherizade.

Culture

The Circle is steeped in deep tradition and sacred ritual, and is very staid and unbothered when in session. Even the greatest of potential threats could not break their veneer of calm capability.

Public Agenda

To continue leading Tulara University through a period of slow, but steady, financial accumulation rivaling any world power.
