Dux'ari

Dux'ari is one of the four main continents on Tellis'Tor. Bifurcated and connected by a mountainous strip of land. To the West, the Vesteran Sea. To the East, the Goredon Depths. North of the continents are large always shifting icebergs known as The Great Salt Float. To the south is The Lower Sea, known as "The Lower".   Dux'ari is located in the northern hemisphere of Tellis'Tor. In the south the temperatures can reach over 100°, especially in The Sanguine Jungle. The northern area gets well below 0° which, combined with the winds, make the cold deadly to those who may travel there.   While the bulk of the landmass connected, there are two smaller island subcontinents. Located in the Lower, separated from the main continent by the Elemental Strait, is the island of Aerwyna. To the north west is The Onyx, so named because of the black volcanic glass that struts out from the shoreline. not much is known of this inhospitable island.
