Luzer Milla
Luzer Milla is the leading botanist in the Luzer's Green Lung greenhouse in the center of the Free City of Teel, which is named after her.
After the Tannebrew Fire ruined the old Tannebrew building and former printery in 91 AS, the administration of Teel decided to build a foundry to supply the increasing demand for metal resources. Luzer Milla (15 years old at that time) crossed the scheme and started to build a greenhouse on her own account. The neighbors soon noticed strange lights coming from the transparent roofs, which turned out to be the first luminous plants that Luzer had cultivated. Eventually, a referendum was initiated in which 100 % of the voters chose the greenhouse over the foundry.

Luzer was born in the Mining Town Elja in the far north of the country. She migrated to the Free City of Teel with her mother when she was 5, in order to get a proper school education. Though she never graduated officially, she is seen as one of the most influential scientists in Teel for her work in the greenhouse, where she also lives since the construction of the greenhouse had finished.
