Nathair Ban
Nathair Ban is the current King of The Kingdom of the Skywall, granted the title of Resplendent One shortly after his father's death. He takes his role as the arbitrator between The Skywall and their gods very seriously, and and continually improves his own image to match.
He is noted for wearing a garb made from almost thirty pounds of cloth configured in a way to look like wings.
The patronage provided by the Skywall's inhabitants has improved under his rule, partly due to Nathair's willingness to experiment. He promotes artists and engineers to go study the world abroad for inspiration, in the hopes they return home with something fantastic. His more open and willing policies have led to many undertaking long journeys of discovery.
