  Urban Mora: Living amongst a city of thieves, rogues, and con artists, you quickly picked up a bit of...talent in matters less than honest. You gain 3 advances in the Sleight of Hand skill
  Rural Mora: Living in such a dangerous land and amongst a dangerous coastline, you quickly learn that sometimes the best way to avoid a fight is to have a weapon, and just threaten those who would harm you. You gain 3 advances in the Intimidate skill.
