Prosperitas and its citizens were the victims of an ancient artifact excavated in the mines. The miners mishandled the artifact causing everyone within the radius of the town to freeze in time. The affected remain unharmed and know knowledge of time has passed for the victims. The victims remain where they stood when the cursed ageless.   Years later Trinric and their party in search of a missing friend clear an old fort, meet a lonely innkeeper, wander up into the old mining town and discover much more than they bargained for. Finding the town frozen they are lead towards the old tower of Sacrosanct in the mountains. They find Jacoby and confront Yogonon and bring him to justice for his crimes.
