Is a Light Foot Halfling who is the main assistant and records keeper for Duke Vanderhiem. She has an office out of the city hall. Yara is a shy Halfling girl who loves to play and perform for the town at the Roaring Mug Tavern. She is extremely shy when dealing with her day job, or so it seems. she is an extremely accomplished diplomat and continues to keep good relations with neighboring cities and her own Duke. Yara is recently married to the town's hero.
