The manifesto positions the Solarian Concord as visionaries to some and dangerous radicals to others. Industrial powers fear losing control over energy production, while certain magical orders distrust a movement that places faith in untested solar technologies. The Order of Arelian cautiously supports their vision but warns of reckless adoption. Still, their work on Sunwoven Crystals and the launch of the Solcaris skyship has made them impossible to ignore.
