Discovery of the Candamius Salamander

A flat amphibious like creature. The salamanders found were ill, though the group didn't realize it. They were creatures that lived largely in the water and occasionally came out on land when they wanted to warm themselves or to eat the occasional bug. They also lay their eggs in the wet sand where there's fewer predators. These salamanders were sluggish. The group decided to catch one six days later. Moving that close to the creature is what made Noami ill.
