Arga Wolfeater is a figure of myth, legend, admiration and, sometimes, regret to every human hunter everywhere. His feats earned him a surname from the Emperor, even if he left no heirs to take it.
Among his many achievements, his greatest legacy is perhaps the autobiographic book "Arga's Trials", where he boasts about his many accomplishments and inspires young lads and lasses to go on near-death quests to reach his pedestal. Opinions on this effect on young minds may vary.

Personal history
Arga was the sort of man who could eat anything that moved, especially if it was big enough to be shot at with a bow. This particular gastronomic curiosity is what drove him in the first place on a quest to kill and taste every animal he could find, smaller insects excluded.
Everything else happened over time. He learned to enjoy the hunt as much as the meal it brought, and he ended up liking the predators a lot better than prey as far as the hunting went. In the Frozen Domain, he found the endless wolf packs to be his most enjoyable challenge, which ended up finishing him off.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Most are written down in his journal, now a famous book and worthy read to any aspiring hunter.
Failures & Embarrassments
While he most certainly lacked the time to be embarrassed about it, his last hunt did fail and cost him dearly. Though, at least, he was such a large man the wolves were unable to eat him entirely before someone found him. Surely that must have made him proud, wherever he was by then.
