Advanced Home Computer

This is going to get SO MUCH editing down!
In the mid-1990s, the description of the Advanced Computer started like this:

  then went on to specify

Advanced Home Computer

[Int: 1, Body: 1, Recall: 11, R#: 3]
This home computer is the most advanced home computer system available. It comes with all of the peripherals, such as disk drives, terminal, modem, and laser printer.

We are going to slightly improve the idea of the "Advanced Home Computer" in two major directions.

1. Advanced Home Desktop Computer Rig

More in line with what a citizen of Earth could acquire in a same-day purchase at a mid-range or better Big Box Store, this system came with a variety of software programs pre-installed.
(Some of which were bloatware, and others of which were promptly replaced with more secure programs downloaded from the internet or purchased on Compact Disc.)
It comes with its "tower" with multiple disk drives, two integrated USB ports, integrated modem, a corded mouse, and a corded keyboard. If the Player rolled more than 1 RAP on the Wealth Check to acquire this device, they may opt right away to have also purchased "Bluetooth wireless" devices, and perhaps better-quality speakers or a corded headset.
Alternatively, on a Wealth Check with more RAPs than necessary, it may have a second monitor. Any monitor attached to this computer is full color. The monitor is a CRT.
This computer's cooling and power needs are a factor in any Reliability Number failure it may experience.

2. Laptop computer | Tablet Computer

This mobile computer is more fragile and has fewer input options than the Desktop Rig. On the other hand, it's portable! It can be used during a Masked Vigilante's patrol! It has wifi capabilities. It might have an integrated camera at the top of its screen that works; it certainly has an integrated microphone and system speaker, albeit not ones of decent quality.
If it fails a Reliability Number check, it either ran out of battery power and shut itself down, or it is caught in an operating system upgrade that will take at least twelve hours.
