Unfortunately for the princess' legacy, their sudden death was eclipsed by that of their mother, the Queen Tesel, considered since then the event that marked the start of the Era of Rust, leaving Eigaler as a footnote on the story of the Merthiornite.

Body
Eigaler was a female furry societarian of exotic phenotype.Their fur was a dark, almost purplish red, dense and rough, forming a short mane around her thick neck and fanning out, almost like that of a mirkelin, at the sides of their long, waving tail. Their muzzle and chest were paler, accentuating the movements of their severe mouth.
Their eyes were a piercing yellow, their snoot pale and their nails thick and long, their ears furry and wide set not unlike their shoulders.

Eigaler was considered to be a captivating folk, warm and romantic, though with the capacity to hold intense grudges, quick to seek revenge for minor events that were pecieved by them as injustices. Perhaps as a side effect of this some described them as being heroic and brave, though this hot-blooded nature caused them to sometimes be tactless and arrogant on sensitive ocassions, escalating minor conflicts to unnecessary levels. On the flipside, they reacted completely different to bigger issues, being capable to think in a cold-headed, calculated matter for critical conflicts and less direct diplomatic issues.Life
Eigaler was born in the City of Goldwaste in the 1st of Swimming of 2964 E.Alz to Queen Tesel of Merthiorn and King Illmos as the second child of the royal couple, with Virgilim as their older brother and Ieuan as their younger sister.
She was raised to become the next Monarch of the Kingdom of Merthiorn, being trained from a young age on matters of diplomacy and court.
In 3014 E.Alz the calamity known as the High Rust hit the Haan Archipelago destroying Goldwaste and most of its inhabitants.
Princess Eigaler was the first casualty of the family and died of rust within days of showing the first signs on the 10th of Celebrating, 3014 E.Alz at 50 years old.
The rest of the royal family followed her fate soon after, sparing only their brother Virgilim as he was already living in his palace in the City of Vythlan in Red Crest.
