While Dr. Nore was cooking up another way to take down Ducklord, he was sent a sample by another of the more unscrupulous scientists he's friends with. It was nothing he'd ever seen before, he'd usually get something like a unique blood type for an animal or maybe even a new cellular reaction to the nola gene. But this was foreign, actually truly alien DNA that he had his hands on. He almost passed out thinking of the possibilities, he abandoned his other projects to immediately work with his new sample.

  He grabbed the first he could experiment with, the closest thing he had was some sea turtle blood in a vial. So he went to work, first seeing what was even possible. Then what was the best thing that could take down the duck. He experiments on the turtles bore fruit on the tenth turtle. He didn't even need to add any of the Nola Gene to get powers, wherever the alien DNA came from, that place was loaded with power.

  The turtle quickly evolved into a more humanoid shape, and Dr. Nore began trying to shape his mind so he could control him. He brought in the scientist who sent him the sample as an assistant, as he had some final preparations to take care of over a span of a few days. He left the over scientist with a simple task, allow the evolved turtle to watch specific programming to study his response. The visiting scientist agreed but was careless, the job seemed simple and a waste of his time. So he left the turtle alone with food and water for those few days, but not before accidentally changing the programming on the screen to regular television. The channel was set to a more urban focused teenage channel, the colors and loud noises snatched the turtles attention. His rapidly evolving brain soaking it all in like a sponge.

  Both the scientist and Dr. Nore returned to a walking talking turtle humanoid. Brimming with power and a deep appreciation for slang. The turtle kept referring to himself at 'turnt'. Nore ran test to check every metric of his strength, and that wasn't an issue. He also did successfully instill a desire to challenge Ducklord in the turtle, but not in the right way. The turtle was too relaxed and chill about the whole thing, he wanted to defeat Ducklord not in the way a nemesis would. But in the way an older brother shows the little brother who's boss. This didn't sit right with Dr. Nore, who commanded Turnt to listen to him. Turnt shrugged, threw up the peace sign and called an uber after stealing the visiting scientist phone.

  Turtle occasionally surprises Ducklord just to "see where his hands is at". Beating him up on the spot and then promptly leaving the scene after. Turnt the Turtle is a intelligent humanoid, but in ways he is still a baby. As he does what he wants and enjoys himself no matter the consequences. There is no real concept of right and wrong, or good and evil to him. There's just what is "Lit" and what is "Trash". Which does make him a real threat to people with his devil may care attitude.
