Ol' Justice
Ol' Justice is a group of Anti-Heroes who have completely abandoned the virtues of traditional heroes. They don't think prisons will help reform the worst in society, they don't believe in letting super villains live. They believe in justice the old fashioned way, to stop a problem you stop it permanently. So when they set their eyes on a villain, they play by the same rules. Which throws so many villains off, making them easy targets for Ol' Justice.
Because of their high profile killings of super villains, and their perversion of law and order they are all also considered criminals. Which means they often have to scrap with super heroes themselves, but they still respect them, they used to be them and they just see them as misguided. So they'll never resort to killing when it comes to fighting another hero.
