Killer Owl

Edmundo knew as a kid when he used to bully people he liked power. Not only power, but gross displays of it to make others admit they had no power when it came to him. It started with forcing girls to kiss him and other boys to kiss his shoes. But it graduated to him walking into random houses and initiating prima nocta, or making homeless people fight him to get to the buffet behind him, to simply selling people because he could. He wasn't by any sense of the word redeemable, and the courts agreed when he was finally arrested. He was set to be executed until the most expensive lawyer to ever set foot in that court room stepped in on his behalf. Saving him, and getting him released from prison by faking a crippling illness.

Some very high people had a job for Edmundo, and they needed his mean streak to get it done. He had been tasked with clearing a large amount of land, and the people on it by whatever means necessary. That sounded like a long job, something he could get used to do everyday while enjoying the begging screams of the people who'd want to stop him. He couldn't resist, and his benefactor also gave him an edge. Giving him a cocktail of steroids and mushrooms, with his strength and brain processing a bit faster than most now. Also giving him a suit to hide his identity.

He would've had his job done as quickly as all the others he did, if it wasn't from multiple heroes and groups constantly getting in his way. Especially Marsh Eagle and Carrion Black, who both go after him as much as they go after each other. His handlers gave him the nickname Killer Owl, in hopes that he will finally take down their main obstacle, Marsh Eagle.
