- Origin: After crash landing on earth, he was kidnapped and his ship was taken apart for study. He was later rescued by some heroes and decided to become one as well.

- Gliding - After building up speed he can jump high enough in the air where his wings will allow him to glide.

- Ice Gauntlets - Gauntlets used to give the wearer the ability to instantly cool the air around them. On his planet they are widely used due to the planet being naturally hot, so they developed the tech to cool it down themselves.
- Camouflage - He has a device that makes him appear human.

Personal history
Jet Stripe was born on the planet Irafas, where an advanced species of flying cat men are the dominant people on the planet. While flying is as natural as walking to them, Jet Stripe unfortunately was born physically disabled. His wings were born bent and it didn't allow him to take off as others did. It was a mark of shame and ridicule for him, but he made the best use of it as he could. Irafans are already muscular with powerful bodies, and their legs included, but none used them like Jet Stripe did.
Being forced to be on the ground unlike everyone else he had to keep up in other ways, so he ran constantly. This developed his legs over his life to be better for speed, and with his wings being bent at a certain angle it only made him run faster. He learned to run at high speeds and would be able to leap high in the air to outstretch his wings, he never could truly fly, but he can glide.
A group of people who were focused on Irafan purity, despised him and his birth defect. Thinking he could ruin society if others were born like him, they tricked him onto an auto-piloted ship and sent him off. Where he would later crash land on Earth.
