H.I.T.T.
H.I.T.T. (Hidden, Infected and The 10%) is a group dedicated to weeding out specific supernatural items and individuals, and dealing with other problems that pop up. There is a certain material called Oozerium that has a biological reaction to 10 percent of the worlds population, and 5 percent of them are able to become infected. It causes them to show their true selves, and thats when H.I.T.T. arrives to finish the job.
H.I.T.T. calls them Scars, because they tear a spiritual hole inside you and sloppily patch it when they're in. They function like parasitic genies. Every wish they grant slowly cracks the door a little more, making it a little bit easier for them to slip through every time. Every wish makes you more agreeable to their ideas as well. Always suggesting you let them take control for just for a while. They entice you to let them take the reins, and let them handle the small boring details of building your successful life; and when you wake up everything you ever wished for will be true. It's presented as if they're falling asleep until Christmas, a gift for the infected. Only to never awaken again.
