Personal history
Growing up with activist parents, Federico became all to familiar with politics, and he hated it. His parents were always preoccupied, and scared of what would happen to them. All he wanted was to get out of the country and get into new surroundings. So he was doing whatever odd jobs he do throughout school so he could leave the country as soon as possible. He had his wings since a preteen, but he didn't have the money to go.
A couple days before he was set to leave he went to say goodbye to his parents, without actually telling them he was leaving. He walked into a scene he'd very much like to forget. The memory of his parents and all the blood disturbed him greatly. The desire to leave died with his family and he wanted nothing to finish what they started. He got heavily involved into his parents activist groups, but didn't know what else to do.
He was contacted through an intermediary by Red Snapper, promising to help with the situation in his country. He was taught the in's and out's of espionage and began working to fix the problems covertly, hoping to make a change.
