Markos Family Vault

There are only two people in the world who might qualify to go into this vault, and neither of them should actually go there either.   Jude Markos is an awful person and he belongs in jail or worse. If he has extended family, they have rightly disowned him. His son, Will Briley, is the only other person in the world with a genetic code that would get him in, but he doesn't know where the traps are, so he probably shouldn't go into the vault either. Not that it will stop him.   The vault is found in some eastern European country (it's Vielene/Valgrozna, in case anyone wanted to know), found in Sepalda, near the city center. One of those hidey holes that's supposed to look like any old apartment. The building is buried under various shell corporations that layer upon each other so no one would ever really notice that this one apartment never has to pay rent or has anyone living there.   There's an unknown number of traps within the apartment. It's a two bed/one bath, with a tidy kitchen and a reasonably large living space. Kind of a waste to have it just be someone's elaborate storage locker. But it wasn't   The vault itself is found in the secondary bedroom. Hard to tell what the bedroom originally was, since it was entirely converted into a secure locker. Having seen pictures of the interior, I can confirm that while there are a number of artifacts from Markos' career, the primary feature is the off-network computer that features a database of his secrets.   Also, points where points are due. The aesthetic of the vault is very dark evil classy.   (Because I don't know if the secret counts, it's symbolic because this was Jude and Juliette Jardine's home with their son during one of the few times they were a family, and now it's locked away.) (Also I was going for a different prompt because "location" includes building but apparently that's not good enough
This article has no secrets.
