A young woman that is the last surviving member of the House Aglaron, one of the two Noble Houses in the area (the other being Karne). She is 16 years old and is eager to take her place as heir to her family. She is unable to inherit her family’s estate because she is an unmarried minor, and the other nobles will not acknowledge her claim, and if she insisted upon it the other nobles could easily crush her. She is looking to strengthen her position. This could come from a good match to another noble or strong figure to could keep allows Jerena to keep her place, or having strong vassals that will serve and protect her. Wealth is something else to could strengthen her position. She is determined to make something of herself and wants to preserve her family’s legacy, she is very duty and honor-bound and puts this above many of her needs like marrying for love.
