Fighters

Perhaps the best known of all types of adventurer, as the barrier for entry is quite low: one must be able to hit things well, and be able to handle hits in return. Fighters are one of the most common types of adventurer, as there is no demand for magical prowess, nor any complex rituals to be undertaken before admission to the class. Many a former city guard and soldier have found themselves taking on this mantle as their talents grew, and as there are so many fighters to be found, their reputation is fairly mixed; while many take up arms to defend hearth and home, just as many are happy using their brute force to lead lives of crime.   Renown: 10/10
