Hijós de Ruíz
A Salem based criminal cartel led by Alfonso Santana Ruíz. With ties to several South American branches.
"Hijós de Ruíz" is spanish for "the sons of Ruíz."
For unknown reasons Alfonso was forced to move his headquarters to Salem, USA. Rumour suggests the SI were involved. He did however have several cells and branches remain and continue their operations throughout South America.
In 2012 Don Ruíz made an anonymous tip to various law enforcement agencies. Citing all Salem, Boston and several South American headquarters, hide-outs and operations; with vague hints to a "shadowy inner circle, that [ he ] believes to also be cannibals." Hoping for the Second Inquisition to become involved and burn his Sabbat assets as well. A gamble that paid off. As only a few remnants of the Hijós de Ruíz remain. Most of those having gone over to another criminal cartel or syndicate for better prospects.
