Hijós de Ruíz

A criminal cartel based in Salvador, Brazil and Salem, Masscheusets and led by Alfonso Santana Ruíz. With ties to several other South American branches.
Hijós de Ruíz also doubled as the leading Sabbat pack leading other subservient packs. Alfonso Santana Ruíz was the ductus and pack priest for Hijós de Ruíz, his first childer served as his right-hand and acting-ductus when necessary.

History

Founded in the early 1900's by Alfonso Santana Ruíz not long after he landed in Brazil. The Hijós de Ruíz began as the mortal extension to he and his first childe's Sabbat pack. But as the decades went on operations expanded throughout the South Americas the Sons of Ruíz became its own seperate organization. Still with ties to Alfonso's and his childers' Sabbat packs.
For unknown reasons Alfonso was forced to move his headquarters to Salem, Massacheusets. Rumour suggests the SI were involved. He did however have several cells and branches remain and continue their operations throughout South America.

In 2012 Don Ruíz made an anonymous tip to various law enforcement agencies. Citing all Salem, Boston and several South American headquarters, hide-outs and operations; with vague hints to a "shadowy inner circle, that [ he ] believes to also be cannibals." Hoping for the Second Inquisition to become involved and burn his Sabbat assets as well. A gamble that paid off. As only a few remnants of the Hijós de Ruíz remain. Most of those having gone over to another criminal cartel or syndicate for better prospects.

Structure

Hijós de Ruíz

Alfonso Santana Ruíz's mortal criminal cartel and Sabbat pack. They were based in Salem before Alfonso's purge.

The Boston Pack

Led by an unknown pack priest, and Vincent Cole acting as ductus (though was never officially recognized as such by the pack.) The only survivor of the pack after Alfonso sent SI hitsquads to attack them was Vincent.

The Salvador Pack

Led by Alfonso's second childe whom acted as both ductus, and with no known pack priest in their ranks. Last heard of they were supposed to have arrived in Boston only days before Alfonso's purge of the Hijós de Ruíz.
