A pack of werewolves located in Cicero, west of Chicago. Their exact numbers are unknown, but the Roosevelt Coterie was able to confirm when they delivered the fur of a Black Spiral Dancer in exchange for "holy water" that there are at least 7 (though at least one of these seven was confirmed "not a true Garou".)
Rosa Hernandez has declared war on these lupines, and is said to have dwindled their numbers significantly in the decade between 2010 and 2020.
