Ship Catalogue

Welcome to our spacecraft catalogue, where we present the latest advancements in spacefaring technology tailored to meet the needs of travelers like you. In this guide, we will introduce two primary classifications of ships: Auxiliary Class Ships (ACS) and Battleline Class Ships (BCS).

Auxiliary Class Ships (ACS)

Auxiliary Class Ships, known as ACS, constitute a versatile and indispensable category of spacecraft engineered to support a diverse array of missions and operations. Typically sized at less than 2000 Displacement Tons (dT), these vessels vary widely in their capabilities, configurations, and intended purposes, ranging from small craft to larger vessels.   ACS play a vital role across various sectors, serving as cargo haulers, personnel transports, research vessels, and more. Their design flexibility allows them to be customized and outfitted according to specific mission requirements, whether it's transporting goods across vast distances, ferrying passengers between star systems, or conducting scientific expeditions.   In military applications, ACS serve various critical roles. These versatile spacecraft are commonly used for patrolling, scouting, and reconnaissance missions, leveraging their agility and maneuverability to monitor and survey territory   Explore our catalogue further:   Exploration Ships: Vessels that travel far beyond the frontier, seeking new worlds, aliens, and stars.
Merchant Ships: The backbone of interstellar commerce, with vessels of all sizes and for all budgets.
Passenger Ships: While merchant ships carry cargo, these vessels carry people.
Working Ships: Unsung heroes of space, from mining and salvage ships to tugs, jump cutters, and couriers.
Military Ships: Vessels built for combat, vital for defense and security across the galaxy.
Boats : Non-jump vessels for in-system defense, rescue, and infrastructure support.

Battleline Class Ships (BCS)

Battleline Class Ships, denoted by the abbreviation BCS, represent the pinnacle of spacecraft technology, designed for combat superiority and strategic dominance. These formidable vessels typically exceed 2000 Displacement Tons (dT) in size. While primarily tailored for military use, the BCS category also encompasses select civilian vessels designed for specialized commercial applications.   Explore Battleline Class Ships tailored to the unique strategic needs of:   Commerce: Interstellar trade vessels of commercial giants.
Astropolitical Entities: Warships of Independent and Minor Powers
While not available on the open market, we also provide insight into the fleets of major powers:   Imperial Dominion Navy: Warships serving the Imperial Dominion.
Galactic Republic Navy: Battleline of the Galactic Republic.
Confederate Navy: Patrollers of the Outer Rim.
Fleet Command: Vessels of the Federal Armed Services

The classifications of Auxiliary Class Ships (ACS) and Battleline Class Ships (BCS) have roots tracing back to the bygone era of the Galactic Imperium, a period over 500 years in the past. During the reign of the Galactic Imperium, spacefaring technologies flourished, leading to the development of standardized classifications to categorize spacecraft based on their size, capabilities, and intended roles.   Auxiliary Class Ships (ACS) emerged as a versatile and indispensable category of spacecraft, engineered to support a diverse array of missions and operations across various sectors of the galaxy. Meanwhile, Battleline Class Ships (BCS) represented the pinnacle of military spacecraft technology, designed for combat superiority and strategic dominance in the ongoing conflicts and power struggles of the time.   The Galactic Imperium's Navy established size classifications guidelines for ships to define their roles within the fleet. These classifications, rooted in the era of the Galactic Imperium, remain in use by many policies, offering structure for military spacecraft across the galaxy:   Corvettes ranged from 300 to 600 dT, typically used for light patrols, screening, scouting, or fast attack missions.
Frigates ranged from 800 to 1,600 dT, serving as escorts, convoy protection, and fleet support vessels.
Destroyers ranged from 2,000 to 4,000 dT, providing heavier escort capabilities, multi-role combat support, and strike operations.
Cruisers ranged from 6,000 to 15,000 dT, functioning as major fleet combatants with the ability to carry out independent operations and power projection.
Battleships were classified as 20,000+ dT, representing the flagship vessels and capital warships of the Imperial Navy.
Despite the dissolution of the Galactic Imperium and the passage of centuries, the ACS and BCS classifications continue to endure, serving as enduring symbols of the legacy and innovation of that era. Today, they remain integral to our spacecraft catalogue, offering a framework for understanding and categorizing the diverse range of vessels that ply the stars.
