Officer
It should be said that even when Officer is the lowest rank in STEPP- it does not mean the persons are the weakest by far. Officer's are the bread and butter of the divisions and are experts in completing their tasks. Captains will point and Officer's will shoot. They are very tactical with decision making and combat. Most Officer's refuse a promotion d=solely due to the responsibilities added to their work that would eventually pull them out of the field permanently.
