Chief Director
The Chief Director aka General of the division. When STEPP was created, it was made in the mind as a business. The naming schemes of the Ranks are similar but not exact of that of a national military. The title of Chief Director is a prime example of this.
The Chief Director assigns missions and create contracts with the majority of cities and organizations that may require their division's assistance. This could be something as military aid against wildlife, sand pirates, or aberrations.
